There was poor directions to assemble the run, took over an hour to put it together. It was also not as big as I thought it would be. But the poor directions for putting it together was very disappointing.

Terrible
The elevator constantly doesn’t work because it has to be perfectly in position and perfectly taut for everything to line up—and the geniuses at this company didn’t actually do any calculations to make sure the elevator chain could be the right size to align with the connector sizes.

Doesnt stay together
I purchased this on site not an order. We spent so much time putting this together. Everytime it got bumped it fell apart. The pieces were hardly snug and they did not grip eachother. Lasted anout 45 minutes and the kids were bored with it. Could have been fun but not much playing time.

Horrible Directions- Poor Design
Horrible directions - complicated to build the elevator chain. Says for 4+ but I struggled to build this with my child. The motor kept stopping and just kept going on and off. The pieces don’t connect to each other well, and the thing kept collapsing. Very frustrating to use!

Fun Toy For Kids
Fun toy for my kids. They love the chain Ferris wheel. (although the chain has to be built piece by piece) Once built and batteries installed the whole process of marble movement is automated. It's pretty neat. Slides and funnels can be used to build different structures.

Excellent toy for all sexes and ages
My children (ages 3-11 all love it, and the elevator feature really enhances the design. It’s a great toy, provides loads of great fun and encourages creativity.
I will warn parents that putting the chain together is tedious and will likely require an adult; moreover, the directions are a bit vague on how many pieces you need in the chain. We found it worked best after leaving a few out and having 11 blocks in between top/bottom. After I helped, the kids took over.

Fun Marble Run
+Has Real Marbles
+Constructed perfectly, +preforms perfectly on a level service.
+/- Paint was a little heavy so the pieces fit right but this is also a positive.
-The chain was a pain to assemble and a bit brainy to get it to perform perfectly.
+ However highly educational and entertaining to boot. Thank you MindWare.

Great toy with lots of creative potential
Marble run is a blast to use - the number of parts allows for a huge amount of creativity. Was a little disappointed in some of the parts quality - a few non-critical pieces seemed rather flimsy; the clip for the battery/switch unit broke with the slightest pressure, and the power connector for the motor is extremely loose and will disconnect very easily.
