it’s so difficult to connect the seats to the chain, literally impossible. Ripping my skin on my thumb :-) not stable at all. would not recommend regret spending $40 on it.

Wow, what an abysmal piece of garbage. I’ve been using it for five minutes and it’s fallen down twice and the seats jam the chain continuously. I was fooled by a cool-looking package. Avoid this worthless junk.

Great Toy Just A challenge to build but works as expected
So i saw the reviews on this and overall i wont lie it was a little bit of a challenge but i like challenges. Pros:The product works as expected. All parts functioning as they should :). Cons:Mindware needs to do a lot better on the instructions because they are not thorough enough. My biggest challenge was getting the balls to land in the catcher. It took a lot of practice and observation to watch the balls as they rolled down the slide to position the catcher at the right spot. Keep trying

Don’t waste your money or time
Poor stability of towers; one of the roller coaster ramps is impossible to either prevent marbles from falling off or to get them from make it up an incline; elevator marble holders catch on opening where marbles wait to get picked up (having nothing to do with being in the wrong direction) which then knocks the marbles that did successfully get picked up, to fall off on the way up; the upper elevator wheel now squeaks; chain must be assembled-yes every link!

Not the quality I was expecting
Elevator likes to jam, and getting it to be exactly the right height is not a trivial undertaking. Certainly some adult supervision is required. The plastic in this particular kit is cheaper and easier to warp than the other mindware parts I already have. Overall it works, but I'm a little disappointed.

HOURS of FUN!
My sons both love marble runs. (ages 7 &9)
This particular set was on the wish list for Santa to bring. Santa came through.
Over the years we have had other marble run sets but the quality of the pieces was not nearly as sturdy.
The quality of the pieces is fantastic and there are plenty of sets you can add on to this set with. ANY toy that keeps my kids engaged without screen time is a win. Individually or working collaboratively with one another this set is well worth the money.

Apparently I am not a great builder
I appreciate the great qualities of a marble run and loved building them as a kiddo myself so I was really excited about the elevator option. Apparently I am a moron because neither myself or my husband could figure out how many pieces were needed to make the elevator function in the example building or how to get it to work at all without jamming. So, this seemingly cool gift has sat under a bed since Christmas :(

Too many small conveyor pieces
The Elevator Marble Run arrived quickly and in good condition. I was hoping, since it looks exactly like “Marbleworks,” another marble run, that we’d be able to connect the two runs but yours is slightly smaller. We figured out a way around that. The only problem is that it was tedious putting the elevator together....too complicated for early elementary-aged children because of the many small and somewhat fragile pieces. Heaven forbid that any of those pieces get lost.

Caution.
Several parts were included which were not in the diagram, confusing assembly. The chain needed more adjustment than was possible. The structure was quite unstable, even when positioned by a competent adult. Over 50% of the time the marbles scattered across the floor Good idea very poorly executed.

My granddaughter loves it
I bought a basic marble run for my five year old granddaughter a year ago at Christmas. She requested another one this year so she could build larger structures. She really loves it.

Great idea for kids!
My grandson loves this toy! He has spent hours exploring it. However, there has been some frustration with the elevator sticking and pieces not holding together. On the grand scale, a very good product.
