Capture pieces and try to gain extra turns as you play. End the game with the most stones in your mancala and you are the winner! The instructions include game play for two, three and four players. The beautifully-carved wooden board folds up to hold all the pieces for easy storage and packability. It’s simple enough for kids of all ages to play and only takes about 30 minutes to finish a game.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, to play with 3 players, simply pick the side that will not be used. Do not put any stones in those pits and when players are making their rounds they skip over this side.
