Great way to add routine and kindness

My kids and I were really excited to receive this product to review through Stellar Product Testing Panel! Kind Kids

I received this activity from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I will say we love it and highly recommend this activity! A Year of Kindness Calendar is colorful, fun, inviting, well organized, and with minimal pieces. My 7 and 5 year old both loved going through and picking kindness card magnets for the month. This activity has a storage pouch, double sided magnet cards and month magnets, sticky notes and cards for spreading kindness to others and a journal to write how each month felt.

Magnets fall right off

This was a present from our elf and it was missing the 16 different scene backgrounds. Mindware quickly sent us the scenes which was great customer service. However as soon as you hold up the calender all the magnets fall right off so we can not even use the calendar. Totally disappointed.

Fun way to teach kids about kindness

I received this activity from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The A Year of Kindness Calendar from MindWare comes in a great box with all of the directions you need to encourage your children, and yourself, to think about kindness in several different ways. My kids, 5 and 8, were excited to open the box and set it up. The backgrounds are great, but the magnets are not as strong as I would like and often slip down. Overall fun activity!

Nice product

I really wanted to love this product since I love the idea of making kindness an important part of my kids’ lives. The quality of the product is excellent. It is very well made and is aesthetically appealing. The set up was easy and mostly clear. Unfortunately, my kids are not really engaged in the calendar to a large extent. We haven’t had it for very long so I’m hoping that this will change. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Not really a calendar!

It is a cute idea, however, it is not a calendar at all. My daughter actually used a calendar every day to tracker her activities. This was not it. It is a large board that now takes up wall space with acts of kindness. Which, I believe could have included am actual calendar and worked really well.

How kids think!

Very good quality. I would like more blank disc to write the kids suggestions. The ideas on the discs were a little too complicated for the second grade age group, but they had their own good ideas.

Great Classroom Tool

I love this calendar! I’m using it at home with my kids now, but plan to bring it to my classroom when we go back to in person learning. I envision using it during our morning meetings. Kindness Calendar

Easy Way to Incorporate Kindness into Your Household

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. When this arrived in the mail, my 5 & 7 year old opened it up and immediately figured out how to set it up. I just had to explain the different categories but otherwise it was very intuitive. I love that there are four categories of kindness (kindness to others, to myself, to the earth, and kindness habits) with different activities that they can pick from for each category.
