Requires a certain level of motor skills
This is a precisely assembled set, just like Lego. The floors attach flush and firmly; the roofs and ground pieces don't fit in as firmly; if you press down too hard, they pop out = greater motor skills = good for a 6 year old child and older. So keep the set level and don't shake it, if you turn it upside down, these pieces will fall off. Photo includes an earlier set with white roofs, colored floors. The courts, fields, pools are paper cut-outs, would have been nice if they were plastic too.
