Fun educational game
It was a fun game for a great price. My son enjoyed playing it with me. I thought it was clever and the kids could use the letter as manipulatives.

I was pleasantly surprised by this sturdy game.
I bought this game on a whim with my OTC order since it was so cheap and I'm always looking for fun ways to practice spelling with my 10, 7, and 5 yo kids. The cardboard letters are very thick and will not fall apart with handling. It comes with blindfold glasses that do a pretty good job of blocking sight and I might steal for other games too. There is also a small timer, the kind you twist and it rings, a small cardboard white board and a small cardboard score sheet with wipe off pen.
I like that it comes with a list of three letter words and four letter words to choose from, to make it the appropriate level for each player. We adapted play for our kindergartener player by having her identity letters and spelling her name. You can easily take away the competitive element by saying the whole team wins when they spell a certain number of words in total.

Great Gift
I had one of my students as a Pollyanna partner and he is blind. I was trying to figure out what to get for him. I came upon your webpage and was amazed at all the many different games and items that you offered the blind. The game I purchased for him I am hoping will allow his family to see through his eyes what he does daily to get through the day.. he told me that he loves it and that's all that matters to me.Thank you for being here for him.

Educational Reinforcement
This game is great for young children who are learning their alphabets, learning to spell, and or working on memory skills.

Glasses had to be glued, timer didn't work properly, dry erase board couldn't be easily erased. All in all a very disappointing purchase.

Nice idea but poorly designed. Glasses break easily and dry erase marker won't erase. I would not recommend this.

The idea of the game is great for a beginning reader and speller. Unfortunately, the timer mechanism was over-wound too quickly. We picked up something else to substitute for it. My granddaughter really enjoyed the challenge. It was fun for us playing with her as she choice the words we would spell. Another set of letters would allow for a bit more challenge.

Grandchild's mother said that the glasses kept falling off the children's faces Make them smaller, please.

The game is so much FUN! We had a blast playing it; but, I think the adults were more like kids than the kids...ha ha! But the two boys (aged 11 and 8) thoroughly enjoyed it! It is so different than any other game they have (and they must have every board game on the planet!).

The glasses fit loosely and therefore get in the way. Players are able to 'peek'.

My granddaughter who is turning 5 just loves this game, helps her with learning to spell, loves the glasses.
