Particularly pleased with educational information at front of book: Excellent tool! Lots of pictures to help explain steps. Only disappointment that pages were bound in traditional book style (instead of spiral) and therefore would not lay flat. Book set was Birthday gift for our newly turned 9 granddaughter. Her Mom was delighted! I was delighted that she was delighted and our super active now 9 year old granddaughter will enjoy her broad choice of new dishes.
