Material to make horseshoe extremely hard - seemed old
I was really disappointed with the horse dig it up. It was so hard that I as the adult had to dig up the horse. My 4.5 year old granddaughter could not get it. I got my 3 year old grandson the puppy dig and he was able to dig up the puppy by himself and wanted to do another.
I would appreciate receiving another horse one to replace the extremely hard one that I received. I thought maybe it was old and the clay material had just gotten extremely hard. No fun when you can't dig it up.

We're sorry to hear you experienced such difficulty in excavating your dig. We first wanted to double check that you soaked the dig in water first. This softens the material, making it easier and less messy to excavate. You can also re-soak periodically throughout the digging process to further soften as you progress. If you still found digging to be difficult after completing this step, we'd love to hear more. Please email us at [email protected] for further assistance as we do have a 100% Happiness Guarantee and want to ensure you have a good experience with every purchase.

Great fun! These horses and the Dino eggs too
Kids loved them. The mess wasn’t too bad at all. Tiny horses but a good variety of breeds and an educational package insert that described the breeds.

Grand daughter loved them
I used this for the 12 days of Christmas, knowing my grand daughter would want to keep all 12. Had a lot of fun discovering that they were all different. I didn’t show her the pictures of the horses till the end so she could then identify them.
