My college-age son loved these. The dot-to-dots are quite complex. He started with the shorter ones and gradually increased the complexity. I enjoyed looking up the name of the character and reading about the folklore from different countries.

different dot-to-dot
Unlike my other, excellent, dot-to-dot books from MindWare this one actually crosses the lines. I'm sure I did it correctly after referring to the picture in the back, but I was uncomfortable at first in crossing lines I'd drawn. There was no warning this might happen either, which could have helped me avoid confusion. I've only done one and will wait to do more as it just isn't comfortable for this senior. I prefer my dot-to-dot lines not to cross, though the one picture I did was very nice and intriguing.
