We bought this for our great nephew’s 6th birthday present. After four days, this is what my niece (an elementary school teacher) said about it: “ Excellent open-ended building materials! All three kids have spent hours constructing a variety of structures already! ” so his two slightly older sisters like it, too. As a retired architect, I was very attracted by the potential of the very simple materials to stimulate their imagination and creativity.

Most played Christmas gift
Best Christmas gift. I was hesitant to buy since I wasn’t sure if my kids would enjoy them but both of my 6 and 8 years olds love them. Hard to believe wood planks would provide hours of entertainment. Love how creative kids can be with these.

Sky high creativity
We bought these for my 9 year old for Christmas, and he has been playing with them almost daily since then. But today he & my younger son built an 8’ tall tower almost touching the ceiling. This is all with the 200 piece kit. Very impressive! Highly recommend if you have a kid who likes to build and create. And also, half the fun for him is eventually knocking them all down.

The best gift

Wonderful product
I gave this set to my grandchildren, ages 9 and 11. They have spent many enjoyable hours building the most amazing structures. They take a picture of it and then have fun crashing it down. This uses fine motor skills, learning to build from a picture, and patience. They have fun while learning. skills. This is not for young children and it seems rather expensive. However it is a quality product.
