The most fun
This is the most fun that my kids have had in a long time with a Christmas present. This was a gift from their grandparents to both of them for Christmas. My daughter has used this much more then my son. She has looked at the dog's hair and then compared it to both of our cats' hair then looked about our hair. I can see her playing and using this for quite some time. This is a very well made microscope kit. I am very impressed with the quality and easy use.

Best Christmas Present
Our 10 year old granddaughter didn't ask for any toys this year - she is our budding scientist! So you can imagine how thrilled she was to receive this microscope kit. As former biology teachers, my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of this microscope and the inclusion of prepared slides for her to view. We will definitely be shopping this website for future presents.

I reading the web page description, I concluded that 50 slides were include along with an accessory kit - not the case! There are purportedly 50 'accessories' in clouding 5 slides in the kit. In order to arrive at 50 items, you would have to count each lane and each piece of paper. I purchased this item over toerh similarly priced and rated microscopes because the description gave the impression that 50 slides were included which was in excess of the other microscope that was being considered.

7 try old precocious grandson loves this!
7 yrs old grandson just loves this. Would not break away all day on a cold miserable day. His mother has already taught him to make his own slides.
