Hope you don’t need a replacement part
This product is a lot heavier than expected with heavy metal rods as the frame, which makes it difficult to move, disassemble/reassemble. My problem is with the lack of ability to get any replacement parts. One of the plastic connectors is bent and not fixable and I tried to contact mindware customer service to see if I could order a replacement part. They offered no assistance and said they don’t have any replacement parts. So it looks like I’m out $170 for an expensive toythat no longer stands

Adorable Mini Camper
This mini camper is adorable! It was a birthday present for our two year old, and she loves it (so does big sister)! It is bigger than I thought it would be, but that allows for more space inside to play and bring toys in. The directions weren’t crystal clear, but it’s fairly simple to put together. TIP: make sure all the poles are pushed into the bracket pieces snuggly… we found that we couldn’t get the camper tent component to zip closed until all the poles were double-checked and tightened.

Sturdy nice little tent.
Bought this as a gift. The kids loved it. It seems to be made well with sturdy material. The top plastic poles didn't seem to want to hook into each other and at an odd angle, but this was to hold the material in it's shape securely. Hopefully it was last longer than their energy. It was a nice surprise find in the catalog, as it reminded me of camping with my family growing up.

Durable and adorable!
Cutest camper! Was the hit for Christmas with both girls, 1 and 4. The canvas material is thicker than I expected and seems very durable. It is super spacious. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because getting the tent on to fit properly was a pain. Once put together it's great!
