Product Details

Turn your Mega Marble Run creation into a hard-working machine of endless fun with the easy-to-add marble elevator. The adjustable chain works with short structures or marble runs that stretch to the sky. The sturdy base and marble loader connect easily to other marble run pieces. This expansion kit also includes two marble-catching bases to add sturdy support to your structure as well as a roller rail spiral and a ricochet ramp. Motor uses two AA batteries (sold separately).

Go watch the YouTube video to see how it needs to be set up.
When I was researching this product, I read the other reviews and saw the mention of the YouTube video. It was created by Mindware to show how the elevator needs to be set up to be able to work correctly. The video is extremely helpful, especially since the directions in the box do not do a very good job explaining the way the links or marble seats need to be facing. **Chain hooks and marble seats need to be facing UP on the RIGHT side.** I feel like this is a vital detail in the operation of this add on and should be in the written instructions. The quick pictures in the video are much easier to understand than the picture in the paper instructions included with the kit. I also think it should be noted to remove or add links to get your elevator to the correct height for your marble run design. I will agree with other reviews that it was frustrating getting it up and running. I think a few details added to the instruction sheet would make the overall experience much better. Overall my kids have enjoyed this product and the novelty of the elevator made them very excited. Once it gets set up, it gave them hours of fun.

Purchased as a Christmas present for our grandson who has other marbel run components. He said it was "awesome" & loves watching the elevator take the marbles up to the funnal

Versatile
The grandsons have the marble roller set and requested this elevator. They had fun taking it into the bathtub and getting water to run down the little chutes and push some marbles as well as the usual way to make it work.

This is a great addition to any existing marble run series. Fabricated towers out of pvc because the elevator is so tall.
