Paint peels off with water- our instructions didn't say that
We were given the Paint Your Own Porcelain plates as a gift. My daughter carefully painted, let them cure and then baked them per the instructions. The instructions in our package say "Wash thoroughly before and after use. Hand wash only."
So, she hand washed the plate gently and the paint immediately began to peel off. She is heartbroken that all her work has been destroyed.
Our instructions do not mention that these are for display purposes only.

The concept was great! Didn't specify decorative only. Just that it could be used as a decoration.
After eating off it, water rinsed all that hard work off right before her eyes!!

Very fun project
These plates were a lot of fun for my 8 year old daughter. She enjoyed hours of designing. The plates are excellent quality, and what stood out to me was the paint caps. These are the best I've seen. Easy open and close tabs. Paint colors are vibrant and plates are large durable quality. Our finished plate is now being showcased in our curio cabinet. Very fun!

Super gift for art-loving young person
This was a Christmas gift to a young friend of the family. She was excited to receive It & looked forward to painting the plate. She adores artwork & creating useable artwork. This seemed perfect for her & she expressed how exited she is to paint the plate.

good sized plates
The plates were good sized and allowed a wonderful surface for my kids to display their artistic talents. They made them as holiday gifts so I have not yet placed them on the plate stands. I'm hoping that the stand is of the same quality as the plates and they will be perfect.

Incredibly frustrating
The paints on this set are almost impossible to open. After intense struggle, was able to open three. Awful.
