Could use a better paint
The stone was in great condition. Unfortunately the paint was disappointing. Some of the colors were dried out. Others were not very vibrant, so the final product was not able to look like the images on the website or box. We may have needed multiple coats, but that is difficult task for small children. The kids did enjoy making them, though.

Great idea, poor execution
The Stone is pretty but the paint is very tough to work with. It was a lot harder the expected because it required multiple coats and 24 hour drying time in between coats. Not bad, but not great.

Great project for kids
I bought the stones for my grandson to give him projects while being at home. He likes art and likes to paint so thought they'd be a good purchase. He likes painting them and then displaying them in their flower beds. They seem to be a good quality and durable. They haven't had them outside over winter yet so am anxious to see how they hold up through a MN winter.

Dried Up Paint
We bought this for my son to paint for my dad for Christmas. It all came in one piece and we were all set to paint, however, the paint was all completely dry. There were about 4 colors out of the 10 that came with it that were even usable. I had to purchase other acrylic paint to use to finish the project. Very disappointed.

A Relaxing and Creative Venture
I love painting these stepping stones (you keep advertising a "bee" , but it doesn't show up in the catalog). I enjoy the quiet time and creativity the painting allows me. They are primarily for use in my own garden, however, the"heart", which I finished today, is a gift for friends. I looked up the rainbow colors and how they're organized and painted the heart in these colors. It's beautiful and will be hard to give away! Sorry that I don't have a picture to share.
