I had each grandchild paint one of these stepping stones last spring and followed the direction precisely. After one winter all four of them are broken, cracked and basically disintegrated. Worthless.

Fun activity but poor quality
These were super cute and my kids had a great time painting them. However, do not use them as stepping stones. Ours have been in the mulch for under a month outside and have cracked in multiple places. At $25 they should last a lot longer. I'm very disappointed.

Not worth the money
I recently bought 2 of these, the moon and the sun. My kids and I were very disappointed. The majority of the paints would not cover the stone. Basically see through for the first couple coats and then not enough paint to put enough coats on to cover. The stone seems nice and sturdy, its a great concept if you could actually paint them correctly. Thought it would be a good mothere day project/present but I was wrong.

great project to do with grandchildren!
My three granddaughters and I painted different stepping stones. We enjoyed the variety of colors to choose from. The youngest painted the Moon and stars. It was easy to do and bake for a finished product. I may purchase more of them to paint and place in the yard. Thank you for this fine product. Granddaughters have taken their stepping stones home so I can't get a picture of them.
