Have not yet given this toy to my grandson, but it looks great. Not too much packaging, sturdy and sure to please his curious mind.

Good for parents and kids to work on together
This game is a stretch for my four year old granddaughter, but she had a great time working on it with her parents. She is playing with the blocks in other ways than pattern matching, too. She is clearly interested in pattern matching and will get the hang of it as she plays with her parents.

not as fun for older kids
Bought this game for my 3 and 11 year old. It is fun for the 3 year old, but not very challenging for the 11 year old. She is bored with it. The product itself is good quality.

Addicting!
We got this for my son for Christmas. We have ALL enjoyed playing with it. It's really quite addicting! I highly recommend it for hours of quiet play.

I bought this for my 3 year old Granddaughter for Christmas, So I have not opened it yet, but the colors are so beautiful, that I may just want to keep it for myself to play with! LOL!

Purchased for my 7 year old daughter. I thought it might be too young for her, but she is very interested in patterns at the moment. Some of the patterns are too easy, but some do challenge her. We also own the pattern game Quebits, and she likes that better; it is definitely more challenging than this one. I don't find the blocks too loose in the frameI can imagine it might be for much younger kids, however.

Our 5 year old has this at school and really wanted it at home. He loves it, but tends to make his own patterned rockets and ships (symmetrically), as opposed to using the cards, as he has to in school. Great product!

This is a little too challenging for my 3-year-old granddaughter, though she has done some patterns with her dad's help. I think she'll enjoy it more when she's a bit older. I wish it weren't so heavy.

Quality product. Love that it has so many pattern cards and comes with a storage bag. My husband and I have even found ourselves playing with this toy. It is a bit mesmerizing.
