What type of paint is included? I see a previous answer that it is water-based paint, but that isn’t particularly helpful. I would assume as much for a product intended for children. There are multiple types of water based paint. What is used, specifically? Tempera? Acrylic? Something else?

The wheel turns on as soon as it is plugged in. The foot pedal and the switch do not work. This is right out of the box, never used. Please help?
