Product Details

Q-bitz Jr. is a fun way to introduce your child to pattern matching, spatial reasoning, problem solving, visualization and more. The engaging play is easy to learn and mastering it will give your child the visual intelligence needed for future math and STEM success. A complete parent guide offers more ways to play with Q-bitz cubes to foster additional learning and visual dexterity. Plus, it's so much fun, your child will want to play again and again! Game play is simple: each player receives a set of four same-colored cubes and a sturdy wooden tray. When someone turns over a pattern card, it's off to the races as players simultaneously try to recreate the pattern with their set of cubes. The first player to match the card shouts "Q-bitz!" and wins the card. A round of rolling the cubes adds more luck and excitement. The player with the most cards after six rounds wins the game! Includes 60 pattern cards and 4 wooden cube-and-tray sets. For 1 to 4 players.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new game for children Azlin is 4 and an only child. She has everything she could desire, but her assortment of games was sadly lacking. I purchased this for her for Christmas, and she and her parents have spent hours playing the game together. She loves it when her parents play her games with her, and she is learning while she plays, winner for everybody!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Recommend Enough I was given this game in exchange for an honest review, and fortunately I can't recommend Q-Bitz Jr. enough! My 4-year-old's brain fairly crackles when we play; his eyes sparkle and I know that this is learning at its finest. One caveat however: I have to be careful when I play this game with my older kids because we become hyper-competitive! I assemble the puzzle with BOTH hands for an extra mom advantage. : ) Super fun game & an excellent tool for learning patterns and spatial relationships.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile logic puzzle and game Q-bitz Jr. is a very simple logic puzzle for young ones; just turn and orient the sides of four cubes to match the pattern on the card. What I like is that it can be played many ways to adapt to the child/children's level. There are four sets of cubes and bases, so it can be played individually at one's own pace, or against others as a race. The faster players can be slowed down by requiring them to roll the cubes to get the correct sides. We found the instructions easy to 'hack' to play differently depending on the day, accommodating our available time and attention span.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun for a wide range of ages My 8 and 14 year olds play this game with me - I probably shouldn't have gotten the Jr edition, except I was hoping my 6 year old would also be interested. She doesn't play by the rules, but did enjoy making up her own rules for this game. The older two and I still enjoyed racing to complete the patterns. Now we'll need to try the regular version!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game for individual or group play My 5 year old, who does not excel in playing by himself, loves this game and will even sit and work on the puzzles by himself. I will give him a timer and he will race against his own best times to see how fast he can do the puzzles. I like playing this game with him as well!
