Must have for any serious Qwirkler.
Whether you partake in back-alley pick-up Qwirkle matches or the televised World Qwirkle Championship , this Qwirkle Bonus Pack is a must have. The Qwirkle branded pencil sharpens easily with any industry standard pencil sharpener, and is a proven performer for right AND left hand writers. The specialized Qwirkle themed computation and tally tablet allows easy and quick score tabulations for up to 4 Qwirkle combatants. Plenty of room for on-the-fly real-time score calculations - and more than enough rows for even slower paced players. And last, but not least, the specially designed Qwirkle tile holding fixtures are a testament to industrial design, engineering, and manufacturing excellence. We are just SO pleased that tile racks are available! We’ve been playing Qwirkle, our favorite family game, for close to ten years. Our set did not come with racks so we used “Scrabble” racks which are not long enough to hold Qwirkle tiles or have created racks using heavy duty aluminum foil as a poor substitute. Our Qwirkle Bonus Pack arrived in great time and in perfect condition.

Nice addition to game but could improve
I am mostly happy with these racks. My only problem is that I wish they tipped the tiles back more. At certain times of the day/night the lighting makes the colors hard to tell apart. I fixed this problem with some little rubber “bumpers” (The kind to stop kitchen cabinets from slamming). I added two to the front underside of the racks. Problem solved but manufacturing the racks tilted more like scrabble tile holder would have been perfect-I use scrabble racks with my travel Qwerkle

Great choice for school aged children AND their parents and grandparents
Purchased for my son's family. They have 2 school aged daughters and enjoy a variety of board games. Interesting game- challenging enough to keep adults interested, yet also of a level favorable for 7 and 9 year olds to learn strategy. Pleased with this choice!

Poor quality
My family loves Quirkle but the kids struggle to hide their times. We were SO excited for these, but they are terrible. The tiles don’t fit in the trays - both the trays and the tiles are inconsistent in size. These are so poor quality. Regret buying and doubt we will attempt to use them again.

Great idea--but tiles don't fit.
GREAT idea--our family loves Qwirkle. However, these are milled too narrowly. Only about half the tiles fit, and even they only barely fit. There is slight variation in the thickness of the wooden tiles, and these holders are just too tight. We had to use a Dremel to make the cutout bigger, and then some black stain we already had to refinish the insides. If they were made to be just a little bit more forgiving, they'd be perfect.

Six tiles fit on these holders perfectly!
We love using these tile holders -- makes it much easier to play the game. We had tried using the holders from our Scrabble game but 6 tiles don't fit. This set holds all six tiles perfectly.

A Mixed Bag
The tile holders are great, although I think they should come with the basic game. The pencil is cute. The pad is WAY too small...the spaces in which to write the scores are tiny. I had to enlarge the pages on my copier.

Gameplay Organized
My granddaughter loves to play Qwerkle and is big on organization. She introduced us to this her new favorite game at Christmas. When I saw this accessory kit of score pad and tile racks I knew she would really like it. I gave it to her for her birthday and she was excited to get it.
