Excellent game
I play this game with my grandkids ages 4 to 9. They all LOVE this game. They work together to win and I love the cooperative spirit of the game. To make it even more fun I keep a treasure chest of treats (Halloween size) so if they make it to the treasure, they get to pick a treasure out of my candy chest. This game has far outshined every other game we've played for first place in their hearts. Love this game.

LOVE this game!
As a school counselor I am always trying to find new and exciting games that keep students interest but ones that also have an educational and/or cooperative learning aspect. This game is the best! Not only is it fun but students have to work together to determine which way is best to get to the end. My students loved it instantly and have asked to play it every day since I introduced it to them!

Family fun!
This game is played as a team rather than against opponents. The object of the game is for the team to create a path around the board to gather 3 keys and get to the finish/treasure before pulling too many ogre cards or else the ogre wins the game. The game can be played over and over because the placement of the keys changes each time creating need for different paths and strategies. Our family loves this game!

Fun Way to Teach Teamwork
We played this with 6 kids ages 5 to 12. As we all know, it's tough to get the older kids to work with the younger ones as a team. This game was great at getting them to work together. Lots of fun to play!

Excellent choice for play therapy
I found this and other Peaceable Kingdom games through a blog post written by a play therapist. I work primarily with pediatric and adolescent males in a residential setting, and many of them need to work on cooperating with others. Race to the Treasure has been among the most popular games I have used with my clients, no matter their age; when I offer them multiple games choices, this is the game that is picked most often. It can be quickly taught and is enjoyable to play over and over again, which helps to build necessary skills that my clients need in order to successfully discharge from their program. I highly recommend it!

My Favorite Kid's Coop Game
I've played a bunch of cooperative games with my kids and this is easily my favorite. It has just enough strategizing that I don't get bored playing it. It challenging enough that we win most of the time, but not all the time, and it's just as fun when the ogre gets to the treasure first.
