for the size of box compared to the contents...disappointed. everything was tossed in box without a system of organization. 11 year old receipient was not impressed either. bummer of a purchase.

I've purchased this "lab" line in the past. My recent order#705240811 was made for Christmas gifts. So, while I cannot really rate the "lab" series has never disappointed. I purchased these items as things "to do" while being indoors in the winter months. Again, I assume they will be great. I have a few more items to purchase currently researching your website.

I bought this for my 10 hear old grandaughter. She loved it and found it very easy to use. Great product.

While this is a Christmas present, it appears to be a worthwhile product. Other similsr oroducts have been thoroughly enjoyed.

Christmas gift for my daughters, ages 12 & 14. I wanted something they could do together & they did, with no help from me! Cute, glittery soaps, only problem was the bath bomb did not stay molded together, but this could have been user error. They enjoyed this kit.

A great kit for young girls who love making bath bombs and lip gloss. Simple easy to follow directions that include pictures making this an easy to follow project for kids. There is enough materials included to make about 12 bath bombs. Takes about an hour to complete but I recommend a longer drying time. My daughter is 8 and easily understood the directions with little help. I loved the combination of science experiment meets real world products. We will definitely try more of the kits available from this company.

My 12 year old daughter loved this kit! She was able to make all of the soaps and lip gloss with minimal help from me and she was even able to get her little brother interested enough to join in on the fun. We have been suffering through the make-your-own-slime fad for some time now and this is sooo much better than that. There wasn't much mess to clean up and the end product is actually something that you want to use. My daughter has requested more of this kit so she can make things for people as gifts this Christmas.

Had fun making these soaps with my 2 yr old it wwas easy to make had no problem with to this kit highly recommend

My 8 year old and her friend loved this kit and spent an entire afternoon on it. so all in all I give it a thumbs up. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the amount of ingredients was pretty small and would not last for more then one afternoon.

I am in love with this Deluxe Shimmer Lab. You have a 6 year old and it was fun to do this together. This comes with everything you need to make soaps and bath bombs and lip shimmer -The few other items you need to help with this process are a plate and oven mits. You will be using the microwave. This kit is set up so nicely and it is easy to find the same ingredients at michaels to keep on with the fun. I have purchased many “kits” to make different items and she enjoyed this one the most. The product comes out as shown and that’s rare for these kits! I will be purchasing this again - for a gift!

Deluxe shimmer lab is a fun kit with easy to follow directions. My daughter had so much fun making bath bombs, soaps and lip glosses. It is very easy to make them and it is not messy. This is a great educational fun kit. I highly recommend it.

My kids just loved playing the Science Academy Kits: Deluxe Shimmer Lab kit. They actually chose to play with the kit instead of going to the movies. That’s never happened before. They had so much fun making bath bombs, soaps and lip balms just like real cosmetic chemists! I must say that I’ve learned a lot myself when assisting them in their cosmetic chemistry lab. The kit includes everything needed for the activities, even science goggles (!), with easy to follow directions. I like that my girls could not only make bath bombs, soaps and lip balms but will be able to use them. And they smell pretty good! I feel good knowing this lab kit is eco-friendly, with 100% biodegradable glitter. I definitely recommend this for everyone who would like to teach kids basic chemistry.
