Hedgehog - disappointment

Each of my son’s received crystal growing kids from their grandparents for Christmas. The dinosaurs and turtles that 2 of the kids received, grew perfectly. However, the hedgehog did not grow crystals on the animal at all. We followed all 3 sets of directions to a T. The hedgehog kit is different than the dinosaur and turtle. I had one very disappointed son when his did not work and his two brothers’ crystals grew amazingly.

Poor design

Lots of crystals in all the wrong places . They formed over the face and my grandkids did NOT like that . Don’t offer something like ( an animal ) if you can’t make it happen like it’s supposed to . Call it a rock .... not a hedgehog .

Thanks for providing your feedback. Though the crystals may grow on the base slightly, they can be easily wiped clean from the base with a paper towel revealing your cute critters.
