Product Details

In the land of Storia, a Traveler is in search of a happy ending – and you get to imagine how they get there! The players choose a card to be the Traveler, and the first player begins the story. As they tell the story, the first player flips over three cards and use the three magic coins to mark which card they think should be in the story next – so only they can see. The other players guess which card they think the storyteller chose. A wrong guess means the inkwell marker goes down a notch. As a team, try to tell the tale before the inkwell runs dry! As each player imagines their part of the story, they roll the booster dice to add exciting elements that they must work into the tale. Have fun, use your imagination and work together to reach a happy ending before the inkwell runs out of ink. It’s a cooperative game that fans of fantasy, creative or role-playing games will love playing with friends and family.• Use three Magic Coins to guide your traveler through an adventurous tale that you tell together!• Cooperative games empower young learners to learn teamwork and basic game play• Kids practice communication, group strategy, creativity and storytelling• Play again and again…and again! Similar to D&D in the best ways
I’m cracking up because the Stellar Product Testing Panel sent us this game to test with absolutely no way of knowing we are a D&D family... and it’s PERFECT! I’m not sure if whoever designed this game was trying to create a version of D&D that elementary aged kids would enjoy and be engaged in, but they definitely pulled it off. It gives everyone a chance to be imaginative, we all work together, and I love that there isn’t one winner. We love it!

Fun, but took a few tries to get it right
We got a copy of the Stories of the Three Coins from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. At first my kids dove right into it. We have 10/7/4 year olds. The instructions are complex and so it was hard for them to fully get the rules. Once the adults helped they began to understand how it worked. But it still took a few tries to get it to flow easier. I like that it's cooperative, not competitive. It's a good intro to role playing games for kids. They had fun & will keep playing it.

Highly recommend this amazing game!
Our entire family is enjoying this game! From the grown up parents to our four children ages 12, 11, 8, and 6. As long as your child is able to express him/herself, they can join this game! We love the imaginative part as well as the cooperative aspect—this is a game truly fun to play together!

Nurtures creativity
I loved that it encourages creativity. I thought the directions were a little confusing, and although the game is sweet, the part with the coins seems superfluous.

Love Stories of the Three Coins!
Such a great idea for a cooperative game that encourages language development and creative thinking. My sister and I, both teachers, are giving this game to our grandchildren and KNOW that they will LOVE it. We have also recommended it to three people and they are getting the game for their grandchildren 😁
