I have played this game with my young grandson and I’m surprised at how well he has picked up on the colors and type of truck. We started with six sets of matchups and worked our way up. The only glitch came when he saw the brown delivery truck that’s part of the floor puzzle printed on the reverse side of the matchup cards.

Great game. Played it with my 2 and 4 year old grandkids. It has several options of how to play, some more advanced so that was fun. Then we did the puzzle together. The 2 year old didn't quite understand that part but he had fun handing me the pieces! It's fairly compact too so nice to keep in the car or bag for unexpected down time. Terrific item.

Not a traditional matching game
I thought it was a matching/memory game but because the back side has unique patterns (to form a puzzle) it cannot be played like a traditional matching game. Now the “matching game is too simplistic and the puzzle too difficult (and totally not necessary).

Age appropriate and sturdy cards
I purchased this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. These cards were sturdy for his little hands and brightly colored. They were also entertaining enough for his 5 year old brother for a matching and puzzle game. Since we were traveling out of state, this was a convenient present to take along and play and we certainly did not have to worry about breakable parts or batteries.
