The walkie talkie feature is poorly made. The sound from the walkie talkie makes it impossible to understand the end user. The robot itself works great. They just need to figure out how to make the talking feature sound better because that is the fun part of the toy.

You can use the slide control to change the voice pitch effect used when pressing the push to talk button. Select from low pitched voice. normal and high-pitched voice. Could be better
It’s a fun idea, my daughter was super excited about this but it seems very cheap. Very noisy when in “listening” Walkie-talkie mode and other sounds are very loud too. I wish it was quieter overall. It’s also hard to decipher what is being said over the walkie talkie. Lots of static.

Disappointing
I think this would be really cute and fun for kids, unfortunately the one I purchased for my granddaughter's birthday did not work. One of the wheels doesn't turn so it only goes around in a circle. I am trying to return it to get a new one, but am having difficulties contacting anyone. Tried going through website, just got a message saying that this item was not returnable. Have not been able to get any further information. Such a disappointment!
