Didn’t really work
I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My son and I were very excited and had high hopes for the crystal kit. I liked how the kit was packaged with everything needed with in one paper crystal. My son has fun opening each one. I am not sure if we got a dud but we did 4 of the days and didn’t notice any crystal growth besides a bit on the pendant one despite following the directions. It was a fun bonding experience but we were disappointed in the results.

Nice presentation & interesting experiments
This kit came with almost everything that was needed. I wish it had more “large” bowls because you need that for almost every experiment. The overall look of the kit is really pretty. The plastic is thicker and feels like good quality.
My 6 year old son was excited to grow the crystals each day, but found it hard to wait.
Unfortunately our crystals didn’t grow very much which was disappointing. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this crystal set to review.

We used a kitchen bowl to do one of experiments in. Can we safely wash that in the dishwasher and use the bowl again?

Are the instructions for growing the crystals simple for kids to follow independently? Or do they require a lot of adult support? Also, are the steps the same for all 12 crystals or is each crystal grown differently?
