4. Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. If you are using a browser setting or plug-in that sends an opt-out preference signal to each website you visit, we will treat that as a valid request to opt out of sales or sharing (i.e., targeted advertising). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.
Some internet browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the "Do Not Track" signal, our Site does not currently interpret, respond to, or alter its practices when it receives "Do Not Track" signals.
5. Security
We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect the personal data we collect and store from loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third Party Links
The Site may contain links that will let you leave the Site and access another website. Linked websites are not under our control. We accept no responsibility or liability for these other websites.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.
8. Notice of Financial Incentive / Loyalty Program
From time to time, you may have the opportunity to provide personal data in exchange for discounts and price differences. For example, when you subscribe to our marketing emails and/or text messages or sign up for the Fun Rewards+ loyalty program, you are exchanging personal data with us for discounts, free shipping, and other incentives. When you subscribe to our marketing emails and/or text messages, you will provide us with your email address or telephone number, respectively. Categories of personal data collected when you sign up for Fun Rewards+ include your name, address, and email address. In the past, we offered a points rewards loyalty program. If you previously signed up for that legacy loyalty program, you have provided us with your email address (and you may have chosen to provide us with your birth date) in exchange for rewards and promotions. Through your participation in our loyalty programs, we may also collect commercial information including products you purchase. We also offer prizes in exchange for you entering our contests and/or giveaways. Categories of personal data that we may collect when you enter to receive prizes include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and other information depending on the promotion. We may use all of these categories of personal data for targeted advertising purposes.
Disclosures to Third Parties and Loyalty Program Partners
We disclose these categories of personal data to third parties including our affiliates, vendors (e.g., list brokers, list managers, marketplace facilitators), analytics companies, third-party marketers, data brokers, and social networks and to our loyalty program partner: Clarus Commerce (provides Fun Rewards+ benefits such as cash back and shipping rebates).
How to Opt-In and Right to Withdraw
Signing up for our financial incentives is optional. By providing your personal data during the sign-up process, you affirmatively opt in to receiving the financial incentive and to joining our marketing list and/or loyalty program. By submitting your contest or giveaway application, you affirmatively opt in to the possibility of receiving the financial incentive and to entering our contest and/or giveaway. You have the right to withdraw from these financial incentives at any time. If you opt out of receiving a financial incentive, we will not reduce the value of any financial incentives you previously received from us. If you wish to withdraw from receiving the financial incentive through our marketing list, you can "unsubscribe" through our emails or text "STOP" in reply to our text messages. You can also submit a request to opt out of our marketing list by calling us toll free at 800-228-1679. If you wish to withdraw from receiving the financial incentive through Fun Rewards+, you can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your account at Fun Rewards+ or by calling 800-203-1403. You can withdraw from the legacy loyalty program, contests, and giveaways at any time by calling us toll free at 800-228-1679.
Please note that if you delete your loyalty program account or request that we delete your account and/or personal data, then we will no longer be able to provide you with the same benefits. We must maintain the personal data that you provide for us to provide the loyalty program benefits to you.
How the Financial Incentive is Reasonably Related to the Value of Your Personal Data
The financial incentive or price difference is reasonably related to the value provided by your personal data. We take into consideration, without limitation, the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which we might incur in the collection, storage, and use of such information, and the anticipated expenses which we might incur related to the offer, provision, and imposition of any financial incentive. Based on this analysis, the value of your personal data that allows us to make these offers and financial incentives is the value of the offer itself.

- If we are required by applicable law to obtain your consent to process sensitive personal data, the right to withdraw your consent; and
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights.
Depending on how the applicable privacy law defines a "sale," we may sell the following categories of personal data to our affiliates, vendors (e.g., list brokers, list managers, marketplace facilitators, consumer reporting agencies), marketing, research, and analytics partners, and third-party marketers:
