Product Details

Each player is dealt a hand of cards that includes nickels, dimes, quarters and half dollars. The object? Be the first to have a pile of cards add up to exactly one dollar. Be careful, though. If the coin card you play breaks the bank and exceeds the value of one dollar, you go bust! Loose Change includes Lucky Find and Save cards to help you along the way. The player with the most dollars wins. 2 to 6 players.

Loose change piggy game
I bought this game as a christmas gift for my sisters little girl Emma. I love educational games for children that are fun and educational. Her mom and dad says she likes to use the cards as money lol. Good starter game to encourge spending and recieving money. When i purchased this game was 19.99 now its 12.99 that was a little diappointing to pay alot more for this. So overall loved it.

My second grade students really enjoy this game. A group of 4 can play independently. The game has also increased their fluency of counting change.

This card game is great brain exercise for anyone who can mentally add 2-digit numbers. I bought it for my 2nd grade students. Before teaching it to them I took it home to try out with my family. Everyone liked it and my kids are 18 and 21 years old! It's fast paced if all players are skilled with 2-digit mental math. If not it is still enjoyable and great practice for adding coins to a dollar. It is best played with 3 to 4 players, but works with partners (too predictable)or a group of 5 or 6 (more waiting). I like this game so much that I'm buying more decks so that I can have more groups playing in my classroom.

My 5-year-old granddaughter was excited to learn about coins and this game was a great introduction to coins and their value. After playing a few times she has already begun relating the coins to actual purchases.

What do lucky find cards do?
| December 30th, 2024
  • BEST ANSWER: Lucky find cards have values that are greater than just one coin and are played like other cards with the advantage of having different values that can help players reach exactly one dollar. They are valuable because there are only 10 lucky find cards in the deck.
