light colors do not cover well at all!!!
The light colors did not covered well at all. We painted the light colors 4 times and still did not cover well. Very disappointed, it was their Christmas gift for their parents. Would never order this again.!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy
We ordered three of these and in two of them all of the paints were so dried up, they were unusable. Sad for the kids. They need quality control/expiration dating. We ended up buying other paints to use, making the cost even more

Broke when stepped on!
We bought 6 of these to use in our garden and we painted them as a family. Two immediately broke when stepped on. So disappointing!

Unusable
Don't buy this! We ordered the butterfly for an Xmas gift and most of the colors, including the pink and purple, were dried and unusable. We had a very disappointed child.

Easy to use
The stepping stones are very nice, but some of the paints are thin, especially the yellow, which is one of the colors that should stand out to make the stepping stones bright and cheerful. To get the look in the catalog photo, it would take several coats of paint. There is not enough paint provided for more than 2 coats.

  • BEST ANSWER: Thanks for asking! The paint colors will brighten after baking, but you can also add an additional paint layer if you like a less opaque look.
