Don't buy it!
I bought this for a 7 year old. It is way, way beyond her ability. The pieces are incredibly small, the directions are useless (they don't give step by step instructions just pictures, no counts of how many bricks to lay, SO BAD). You have to use a bunch of glue and it really doesn't stick until dries so might be able to lay a couple rows before you have to stop and let it dry, the grass piece that you build on, it just a piece of flimsy paper that was folded so it doesn't even lay flat.
