Not possible to build with this kit
Great idea if it worked but it doesn’t. It says age 8, my 13 year old and me at age 42 couldn’t make the parts stay together. It was more frustrating than fun or educational. Very disappointed in this gift.

We're sorry you're having trouble. We have a few tips to help with the building process. It may help to know that when you begin assembling the T-Rex, the first pieces do not lock in place until Step 4. This will happen throughout the building process but upon completion the dinosaur should be structurally sound. Keep in mind, because the T-Rex moves, not all pieces will have a tight fit. A customer service team member with be reaching out to help with any other questions you may have and can also help with a refund or exchange if you prefer.

Awful. Could not get it to stay together. We will revisit but it was incredibly frustrating and pieces fell off when you went to add other pieces.

Disappointing
My husband and son put this together and had fun doing it but the dinosaur kept falling over when it walks. Maybe it isn't supposed to walk by itself. It stands by itself but once we turn it on, it starts walking and falls over.

It sounds like your dinosaur might not be level. You can reference page 12 of the instructions for tips on using the leveling pieces. If you're still having trouble, we would love to provide additional assistance at 1-800-999-0398.

Fell everytime it tried to walk
We loved putting it together and was so excited to turn it on. However everytime it tried to walk it fell over no matter what we tried to balance it out.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
This was impossible to build, 10yr old and two adults could not put this toy together. It was extremely frustrating. Even after the 10yr old gave up the adults spent another 45mins trying to get it together with no success. I would NOT recommend this toy for any age. Perhaps the company should consider not selling products that they haven't actually tried.
