My 9.5 year old nephew spent a few hours building ramps in the midst of the post Christmas chaos with a dozen people accidentally bumping parts of the construction resulting in the need for repairs. His mother reports that it has continued to hold his interest at home.

My 10 year old got this for Christmas and she has been spending hours creating Contraptions. The ideas in the instructions are a bit intimidating and complex, but she has created her own versions. The balls that are included aren't very durable so we plan on picking up some ping pong balls as replacements.

Just a bunch of uniform size wood blocks. You must have adults to direct the play in order to make any value on this. I would pay up to $25 on this, not $60 over priced.

I got Contraptions for my 4 and a half year old great nephew. He loves it! The quality of the product is excellent. Would recommend it.

In addition to the ones I bought him last year, he now has 4 sets of these planks. Loves to create his own contraptions/structures every night ere bedtime. Simple, yet fantastic product.

My 9 yo son loves Keva Contraptions. They are brilliant because they are simple and let the child do all the imagining and problem solving. He has made roller coasters and other complicated projects. It is never the same toy twice! I highly recommend this toy for any child.

Bought this for my 12 yr old daughter after she pointed it out in your catalog. Honestly wasn't sure if she would use it. It was the first thing she pulled out of the box on Christmas. She has built some amazing tracks - and they work. Exactly like the pictures on the box.

I was a little worried when we opened the box and it was just filled with wooden blocks (all the same size) and two ping pong balls, but my 9 year old son (a Lego and video game addict) spent most of Christmas break playing with these. He even took them to school today for "favorite Christmas present" show and tell. My four year old daughter, his father, his grandmother, and I even enjoy playing these with him, too! The small idea book included gives lots of ideas. Im glad I got both the big and little set because he has been taking the little set with him when he stays with friends or grandparents. Great product!

I ordered these products for my 9 year old for Christmas. She has taken these out a good number of times. She loves anything to do with blocks and marbles. It is a little challenging for her. She likes a little bit of a challenge. :)Perfect for a 9 year old
