Adults in family love the game. Eight year old can play well. Too advanced for the four year old.

My husband and I play a game of some sort every afternoon. Usually it has been a card game. Now we play Quirkle most days. We like that it is challenging, yet easy to learn. We also appreciate that no set up is required. Lots of fun.

Although my 6-year-old daughter hasn't cottoned to this game yet, my parents had a blast with it over the holidays and are planning to get one for themselves.

This was agift for a six year old...all the older kids andadults enjoyed playing during the holidays. It was quite a hit.
