A little difficult for a 6 yo grandson at first but with some coaching he has enjoyed it a lot.

best to purchase both the set and add on set together, helps children work on their logic skills, would be even better if the set had more of the starting funnel pieces

This was purchased for my 4 yr old granddaughter and her parents who are both engineering professors at UM. Challenge for both!

My son loves the marble run, and it's new and different each time he builds it.

Both my boys were amazed by this toy. They love it! I did have to help them set up the towers so it is not for young kids to play unsupervised. But once the towers are up they love playing with it. A super toy for kids who like to build and kids who like marbles.

Excellent gift for a 6-year old. Among all of the electronic games and gadgets at Christmas, he consistently gravitates to the marble run.

My sons 4 and 6 enjoy discovering new ways to put it together. Does take some practice to figure out how to make the marble go without hitting a dead end.

Disappointed that the toy did NOT include any 'directions' or 'guidelines' on how to assemple the marble run. Understanding that the child developement idea is a princle purpose of your products, yet, it seems that this unit is rather too challenging for a 4-5 yr. old to master the large # of pieces and various configurations w/o some adult help. Even the childs 'college grad./law degree' father was too confused and dismayed (even overwelmed) by the lack of 'guidence' in setting-up this toy. The child was very dissapointed - as had specifically asked for this type of toy, and was certainly looking forward to playing with it.Un-remarkable that your catalog does NOT denote that these games/toys do NOT include any instructions - thus, I am very discouraged from ordering any future products from your company.{The childs parents stated that they will 'hold-on' to the toy for a couple of years and 'try it again' - doesn't satisfy Santa Grand-Pa for this Christmas....
