Done and won’t run
My son Got this for Xmas. Very hard at times to get parts to attach and now he is done and it won’t work. Are there some help videos to ensure it will run?

Not a good product.
The kit was not durable, pieces would break or tear when being disassembled for reassembling. An adult had problems trying to assemble, a 12 year old, good luck.

Gears don’t line up
Directions were clear, but the gears don’t line up, therefore won’t run. Double checked instructions which clearly showed placement of axles; clearly followed them.

Locomotive heaven!
This was the second 3-D puzzle I put together. It was more intricate than the marble coaster. I get great big reviews from my friends who see it. They marvel at it's looks and when I wind it up and they watch it go!

Disappointed kid
My son put the train together but the motor wouldn't release after we wound it up. We turned on the crank and the crank snapped off. The gears all seem to line up and spin but the motor won't release.

Pandemic project
Train looks pretty sharp when completed. The gears don't necessarily match up perfectly, so the train doesn't move on its own. But it was fun to put together during the pandemic.

Looks nice
My 13 year old son loves puzzles and building with anything and has the incredible patience. This was a good project but he got very frustrated when pieces would break and when the gears would not line up. He took it apart multiple times to try to get it to line up but gave up out of frustration. We have a nice looking train that does not work.
