I was a bit worried, having seen a few reviewers who said it was not stable, but it's definitely 'stable enough' for a great deal of fun. I'm loving it myself, and oh yeah, my 7.5 yr old and 3 yr old love it too. Works fine on a low carpet, and half the fun is knocking it over to see what you can do next. Would definitely buy it again and may look for additional pieces. Do not buy without the add on set though - there are pieces in the main set that make no sense w/o the add on.

Very fascinating toy for youg children. Drawback: the set needs a firm base on which to firmly attach the structures that are constructed. As it is now anything built is too easily knocked over while playing with it.

I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it and plays with it all the time. My son said they have this at her pre-school.

There were no instructions of any kind in the box. I had to cut out the picture on the front of the box to even have an idea of where to begin. My 4 year old grandson was not pleased with the gift. I am disappointed with the purchase.

My 8 year old son and my husband loved this Christmas present. So many ways to set it up. Encourages creativity since there are no instructions included.

Marble Run is great fun. However it might help if you gave some pictoral suggestions for building projects. I thoroughly enjoy playing with it right along with my grandchildren.The only problem I have encountered is its instability. If it were made with just a little higher grade of plastic, I think that would solve that problem.

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson and he LOVES it. We had to help to construct it because of his age but he plays with it daily. He is very interested in how it all works.

My 6-year old grandson 9-year old granddaughter and 27-year old son had a great time all through the holidays building and rebuilding with this delightful toy. Lessons learned about structures, speed, and stability! Wonderful.
