NOT for kids to solve
Very confusing and apparently unsolvable by mere mortals. Combined, we have 11 years of college education in this house and we are unable to completely solve it. This is NOT for kids!

If your child loves thinking challenges, I highly recommend this!
My 12 year old loves challenging games and books like Perplexors etc. This Maze book has really been fun for her. You make your way through the book by "unlocking" different pathways. But, you can go a long way and then find you're in a room with no exits! Time to start again! She's not solved the book yet and she's been working hard to do so. Even if you do solve it once, you can do it multiple times and take different routes to solve it each time. Great way to get them thinking while having fun! And, its not electronic! Highly recommend it!

bought for a gift but never gave
I looked over the book before giving as a gift to our 12 yr old grandson. The description looked interesting, but when reading though and attempting the maze myself, it appears there are several ways to navigate and all eventually end up at the end. probably more frustrating and time wasting then satisfying.

I was quite disappointed in this book.
This maze book is not colorful or exciting in any way to me or my family. We have had others that were much more fun to explore and fun to work through.

DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY
i got this from my near teen granddaughter for Christmas. I checked how she was doing with after a couple of month and she said she's only made it to one room. I ordered a book for myself, thinking we could reason thru the book together. When the book came, I was totally stumped. After doing an online search for player comments and reviews, I found it is VERY COMPLICATED, doesn't have good clues, and has never been completely solved. It is not a fun book.

The Maze Book is very difficult for a child or adult.
I expected there to be actual keys, paper or plastic to use as you worked your way through the book. I found the clues to be quite difficult to be of any help. Buying this book was a waste of money.

Interesting, but a little intimidating
My partner and I got this for his 11-year old daughter, who loves puzzles, optical illusions, fantasy, and is a very good student. She was excited by the book initially, but struggled with it, and has not picked it up again. I am sure she will venture into this book again, but I think that it is not the best gift for children who seek instant gratification. She may have to grow into the challenges a bit more, or the parents will have to help!

Not happy with product.
Was very disappointed in this book. Thought it was a real maze for the child to go through. Have returned the book.

Love the challenges involved.
Our grandsons will really enjoy the challenges this book provides.

Interesting; however, the pages of riddles and pictures are nearly impossible to resolve. My husband sought answers on the internet and even with that, we were challenged to make sense of the pages. Great idea, but I wouldn't recommend.

I'm a 14 year old with good grades and a love of puzzle books like suduko and perplexor, bu this book was confusing; and my whole family gave up on it after only a few hours.

My 9 year old granddaughter thought this was great. She said it was very difficult but she loved the challenge!
