Book was too hard to get going. My son is very smart and he and his very bright friends struggled with even getting going. No key to look at to help them along, either. I was dissapointed. My son LOVES mazes and solving things and he wasn't impressed.

This was too easy for my 12 year old. He got bored quickly.

My 13 year old loved solving this maze. I enjoyed it myself:)The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that she solved it fairly quickly, but she is exceptionally bright. It was more challenging for me I hate to admit. Just be sure and note that you are ONLY buying the book itself, doorknob and keys not included.

Hard to understand. Priced too high for what it was. Not age appropriate for my 4th grader.

I bought this book for my 9-year-old for Christmas. I didn't realize what a history is has (Google the author). But the logic of the book is not obvious and it feels like you are just randomly guessing when you move to another room. No one in our family enjoyed this book after about a 20 minute try.

It was requested by my great nephew for Christmas. He was thrilled when he opened his gift.

Still struggling to solve the maze. Has intrigued all three of us. We may not be the best detectives.

My kids sat down and very carefully worked out each choice. They seemed to enjoy it!

This is not what we expected, but it is fun for everyone-even adults. We still haven't figured out how to get to room 45 let alone back!
