Grandsons love them. They really got into being archeologists. Kept them engaged for lengthy time periods. Good product.

3 of my kids ages 4,7, an 10 worked on these together. They loved them. A little messy so they worked on them outside on the porch! Highly recommend if your kids are interested in dinosaurs, mine were asking for more models.

Gave my daughter a work out without being to hard.Dinosaur easily snapped together and was quite realistic. Great product!Price reasonable.

They need to look at the hammer and pick combination, the pick digs into the child's hand when tring to use the hammer the proper way. If you work with you child/grankids this can be a great learning tools. Just relook at the tools, put goggles in the kit other one do. We purchased other similar kits from four different suppliers these are tied for first place.

These are so much much fun. My 8yr old and my 6yr old are having so much fun discovering something new with the awesome tools this item comes with. They have work on these for hours and I'm sure there is at least a couple more hours of fun in them.

These are not an-hour-or-two-and-I'm-done project. My girls have spent about six hours on them (total) already and they have uncovered the rib cages and a few other misc bones, though none are anywhere near ready to remove from the plaster. Set these up in a place you can leave them out for quite a while without being disturbed. Also, the instructions recommend dust masks and eye protection a lot of dust does get airborne no matter how careful you try to be and you shouldn't breathe it or let it get in your eyes. My girls love these because they makes them feel like real archeologists! Seems like a real quality product that you will get a LOT of use out of before you are done. Wish I had known up front how long-term it is because we set them up on the kitchen table to begin with and ended up having to move them to another location after the kids had already dug into them. It's fun even for us grown-ups!
